Easy to order great customer service
Ordered flowers at 10am central time for same day delivery. Wasn't called until 6:15pm, after close florists are closed, telling me they couldn't get anyone to complete the order in time. This is the second time it's happened so I should have known. They did refund me $12 and upgraded me to the next package which was nice, but at the end of the day, it was still a day late.
Pending delivery, I am very satisfied so far.
I would have liked a place to put special delivery instructions as my sister lives in a gated community, but I could have given the gate code. Also UPS website said delivery at residential by 3pm and it was more like 7pm

They were beautiful. I haven't had much luck when ordering flowers. Usually they show up looking small and wilted. These flowers are beautiful, colorful and full. I am very happy with this purchase. I will definitely be back to order flowers in the future.

The website is very easy to use. The flowers were s lot smaller than I tonight since I bought the mid- sizes range.-

Flowers deliv hot. Not lasting long
This last delivery was better, they were delivered in the morning, but it suck that I need to pay extra so that I can get them in the morning instead later in the day when the flowers are riding around and being delivered hot. The were drying the last time rushed them into water only last a day..

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
