So far so good, need to see the flowers before reviewing further. They arrived. Most of the lillies aren't blooming yet. :(
Shipping and handling was more expensive than I Feel It should have been. For what I paid, I felt there should have been a little more to the arrangement. The flowers were beautiful. My wife loved them.

Beautiful bouquets and I loved having all the delivery options. I wish the handling fee didn't come as a surprise upon check out but the flowers were still a great value! I look forward to hearing the recipient's reaction!
The recipient very much enjoyed the flowers, however, they were delivered to the wrong location! Thankfully the recipient had a kind neighbor who knew them and walked them over to the correct house. I am happy it worked out but this could be very frustrating in the event that it happened again and the recipient never receives the flowers. Willing to buy again though.

I ordered a balloon arrangement. It was beautiful but balloons started falling after about 3 hrs after delivery and by this am were all on the floor. Never had that happen before

I was very disappointed in my order. The flowers were small & had brown on the tips! It looked nothing like the picture posted. At least if your going to substitute try & get close to size & color. I won't be ordering again

I am extremely disappointed with my first time experience. I am able to provide picture if you want. I did not receive anything close to what I selected from your picture. I understand that the exact picture cannot always happen due to the nature of the season, etc. However, what I selected and what was delivered was extremely disappointing. I feel like I deserved a call, from the florist, to say that "we can not provide you with what you ordered instead we can do this or that." Instead my dear friend who I wanted to receive an amazing arrangement got something that looked like it was bought at grocery store with a bow on it that looked like a child did it. A lifetime customer was not made with this transaction.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps

Answer: My delivery came at 640pm on the day it was scheduled, I checked several times during the day and couldn't get anything but thst the delivery was scheduled.
