Loved the selection of purple flowers. Mom's favorite colors were purple and pink. The crystal cross was a very nice addition to the flowers. It will be a treasured memento of her. During such a difficult time, the flowers were a beautiful addition to the funeral service.

The order promised same day delivery, but flowers weren't delivered until the following day. I would have liked to have been notified of the delay in delivery, so I would have been prepared. As a result of the inconvenience, I was offered a discount & a $10 coupon towards my next purchase, but as yet, I haven't received written notice of either offer.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
