My order was not delivered to the business I made the arrangements for. You state you will deliver between 9-5pm for a business. I received email confirmation the flowers would be delivered btwn 9-5 on 8/16. I was called at 5:30 on 8/16 by your delivery person who said he had so many deliveries he was unable to deliver my order on the day (8/16) confirmed by you. When I asked for a fresh spray of flowers to be delivered on 8/17 (since it was now 5:30 and tge business was closed), the driver said he would come w the order to my home 17 miles north of the business he was to deliver it to. Why do you confirm requested deliveries yet not deliver orders as confirmed? At the least I should have been contacted by you if you are unable to complete an order that has been confirmed? I was VERY DISAPPOINTED AND WILL NEVER use your service again.

My order arrived the next day, late in the afternoon. I ordered the Sunflower Surprise. My mother didn't receive a single sunflower in her bouquet. Highly disappointed.
