The flowers were delivered damaged, the vase was broken inside the box and the box itself was damaged. There was no knock on the door nor did they ring the doorbell when they were delivered, therefore they were not found until hours later. The beautiful red roses I ordered were wilted and the vase broken. This was sad to send to a friend who just had surgery. I know things happen, but the way I see it three things went wrong, the box was damaged in route and the vase broken, the flowers were left outside in the heat without a knock or doorbell ring. This does need to be improved greatly.

Your site is very easy to navigate. The picture showed a PLANTER with fullness. The delivered product was in a basket (I had specifically steered clear of baskets when shopping) and only 3 plants. I do not feel this was worth the amount of money I spent. VERY DISAPPOINTED!

My parents absolutely LOVED the arrangement that was delivered to them. I saw it also, and was extremely pleased as well. The flowers were stunning and the arrangement was so full, that you couldn't put another flower in it even if you wanted to! I did pay the extra money for the Premium arrangement, and I am very pleased with how full the arrangement was. I am giving 5 Stars for the arrangement, and 4 for the price, my personal opinion is that flowers in general are just too expensive. I would definitely purchase from FromYouFlowers again! I am an extremely happy customer! Another bonus if that if you are Plenti member, you get 15 points per dollar spent! I am very happy that I chose FromYouFlowers to make a same day delivery to my parents for their 44th Anniversary!
