Quick service and enjoy the flowers
Everything was easy to understand which was nice. I didn't however, know about the service/handling fee until I had to pay it. It would have been nice to know about that sooner.

Excellent options
Flower delivered ontime, but product doesn't match with original picture I ordered. Flower delivered with out water in vase. Delivery person don't even bother to look for recipient. Just left at cashier counter.

I paid extra to have my flowers delivered the same day. Towards the end of the day I realized that I made a mistake in the address, I contacted fromyouflowers.com by email to let them know there was an issue, I STILL haven't gotten a reply about that, and I never received a phone call from the florist or the driver that said they were lost or having issues with the address. The flowers arrived at the correct location, however they didn't get here until the following day.
It's was good.
