Got there just in time.
I did not receive the delivery within the time frame that I paid extra for. The item delivered was not the same item that I had purchased. I have emailed your organization and received a resolution. I may consider purchasing from you again in the future.
The flowers are less than grocery store quality. The yellow daisies probably won't make it through tomorrow. They look awful. I sent this bouquet to myself. Thankfully I didn't send to someone else because I would be embarrassed. The balloon could use some air. And for whatever reason, the string on the balloon was twisted so thin it was almost invisible. I am a major flower lover and this bouquet is by far a disappointment. The only great thing I could say is, they arrived very early without having to purchase the before noon delivery.
I was pleased that the flowers were delivered within the 4 hour timeframe, however, they did not look fresh and the flower arrangement was squeezed together and lopsided on one side. I have used Wesley Berry Florists before and have not actually seen the results of my order, but this time I followed up and view the arrangement and was not as pleased.

High delivery charges
Service Handling fee is ridiculous. Then you have to add in shipping. What is the purpose and how can we avoid it if you are a repeat customer?

Ordering process seemed very easy but pricing was not cear. There was a handling fee (equal to 50% of my order) tacked onto the price at the last minute that I wasn't expecting so I ended up spending more than I had planned but the arrangement was good and my friend in the hospital loved it.

It is difficult buying flowers to send across the ocean and I was pleased to find that the flowers were in good shape and of good quality when delivered
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
