The pictures that are posted are misleading. I saw a vase of 2 dozen roses. I called because my wife sent a picture- nothing like I thought I was paying for.
For the price I paid I had to call to see if the delivery was made. Florists excuse was they were busy. I pay for a Service, it should be delivered. I should not have to call. If I would not have called would the flowers been delivered the next day? Probably.
Overall experience - poor.
I do not mind paying for a service but I do not like to be swindled doing it.
It was very convienent and affordable and made it easy to get a much needed arrangement to a dear friend when I couldn't get to her. I love it a lot better than getting out and going to make a decision.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
