Ordering was a snap, super easy and inexpensive compared to local shops. I'am however very unhappy about the delivery process. My flowers to my wife for our anniversary were not delivered on the actual date. A representative called late in the afternoon on the delivery date to say they wouldn't be able to deliver them that day. Then they were delivered the next day 45 minutes after my wife had left her job that day. So I'am very unhappy about this part of the service.

Arrangement was beautiful however it looked nothing like the picture of what I ordered and it was a day late.

Flowers were old, dried at the edges. The florist substituted daisies for the Irises. It was a big ugly mess. I had to call the company, complain, get them to resend the correct flowers. I also called the florist who did this, and asked them to give me fresh flowers. I'm exhausted. Finally, my sister got the flowers after 4:30 pm. It still did NOT match the picture on the website at all, but I'm tired of fighting. I am not happy. I Wong use you again. I feel like a sucker.
Overall great! Just priced a bit high, I didnt think I could have called my local florist and got the flowers at a much cheaper price.
