It's was quick and easy to order online. The flowers arrived just on time, which is great considering they were being delivered to the middle of no where.
I was able to find exactly what I wanted and got same day delivery; which is what was needed for today. When the flowers were delivered they were not what I ordered; but they handled my complaint well and made sure I was happy.
I'm hoping my sister gets these very soon. Sudden deaths when you are far away are so hard

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
