Great site and makes it easy to send flowers to my sister from England!
Thought they would be bigger though after my sister sent a picture of them. She likes them but I thought they looked a small bunch when you consider I paid $60 + for them.
I ordered same day delivery and paid extra for it and the flowers were not delivered. They called me the next day to tell me that they didn't know why the flowers were not delivered but they would make the flowers fuller and upgrade. The flowers were delivered but not upgraded. Beautiful flowers but disappointed a day late and not upgraded.
Nice selection and quick to check out. Very helpful customer service. But the flowers they sent where nothing near what I chose. It was completely different. I was charged 2.99 for same day delivery and it wasn't delivered till the next day. I had to call to see what was going on. They should have notified me the same day that it was not going to be delivered the same day.
I wanted on the phone for 32 minutes and 36 minutes, respectively, for a customer service representative. The first delivered bouquet was not what I had seen or paid for. The second one was better.
The surprise came at the end of the order with the rather high service / handling fee.
I only gave a 2 star rating for the question on how satisfied I was with the products/services because I didn't actually "see" the arrangement.

The bouquet was beautiful, and I was very pleased it was so colorful even though it was for a funeral. The flowers were at their peak and looked perfect. The arrangement was slightly smaller than I expected it to be, considering I paid for the largest version offered. Still, I hope to use this site in the future because the overall experience from selection to ordering to delivery was excellent.

I didn't like that the handling fees were held back until the payment screen. Other sites showed it upfront. We chose you since it seemed it was included in the product pricing.
Looking at a picture of what was actually delivered, I think your website should update the pictures. All three sizes show the exact same picture. Thinking that the smallest would be pictured and then more would be added to make the medium and even more added to make the large. It looked as if the large was pictured and then items removed. Kind of like a bait and switch.
