THIS IS THE 2ND TIME I'VE ORDERED FROM YOU AND PAID EXTRA TO HAVE IT DELIVERED EARLY AND BOTH TIMES IT WAS DELIVERED LATE. I WILL NOT BE USING YOUR SERVICE AGAIN.
I was extremely disappointed in my order. The flowers were as expected, but the service was not good.
It was not delivered on time. I spent over 30 minutes on hold to ask a simple question about my order.
If I need to order flowers again, I garuntee it will not be from here.

I have just placed order, which was easy. I will wait and see what the girls think about their flowers after they get them...Both my daughter and daughter-in-law loved their flowers. My DIL received hers within a couple of hours after I ordered it. My daughter got hers late in the afternoon. I think prices were a little high, but overall would use this service again.

No response on delivery confirmation until I sat on hold and emailed you. Finally spoke to a rep that explained and apologized as to why my order was not delivered until the next day. He was very nice, said he would refund extra delivery fees, same day and 4 hours, as well as upgrade arrangement. I appreciate the GC that was sent. I would like confirmation as to the amounts that were refunded, as well as the type of upgrad my selection rec'd. Thank you again for making it right!

I have used this site before and no problems with my order. This is to the same person as last year.
The site was easy to work with except when the product selection came up for review I couldn't go back to see the choices. I thought I selected a different priced item.
My first impression was 'quick and easy; lots of choices!' but my final overall impression was negative, and I cannot recommend fromyouflowers.com and their family of florists to future customers.
About 1:00 p.m. on the day of the new baby's birth, I ordered my arrangement (a best value recommendation) and paid for one-day delivery; at 6:25 p.m. that same day, I got a call from Melinda with fromyouflowers.com telling me that the delivering florist did not have the flowers that I requested and wasn't going to be able to meet my requirements. Being that it was too late to call another florist, I agreed to next day delivery. Melinda offered several compensations for their mistakes, but after seeing pictures of the arrangement after it was delivered, I doubt that I will be using the gift certificates.
The flowers in the arrangement were skimpy and sparse, plus looking old and stale. In the picture that I was sent by the recipient, I didn't see a single yellow rose which is the new mom's favorite flower and the primary reason that I selected this arrangement. The arrangement was embarrassing and didn't come close to meeting my expectations!
As I suggested to Melinda when she called, fromyouflowers.com should find another supplier in the Nashville, TN area; the one that was used is a negative rather than an asset to their company reputation.
I have ordered flowers from other websites in the past and paid a lot more and been very disappointed with what I received but the flowers delivered to my aunt's funeral from For You Flowers were absolutely beautiful. I am so pleased with what I received. I will never use any other website again.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps

Answer: My delivery came at 640pm on the day it was scheduled, I checked several times during the day and couldn't get anything but thst the delivery was scheduled.
