Shopping was fairly easy. I had no issues with ordering and the products got to their destination on the day they were ordered which is what I wanted. My only issue or thought would be that I thought the flower arrangement was fairly small for the amount of money paid, as opposed to other florists I have used in the past. However, it looked great and was well received by the recipient. Overall the experience was good but I probably will not order from youflowers.com again as they were just in the area of the recipient. I usually use a regular florist for all products but I was looking for something a little different this time and youflowers did have that.

Pleasant experience. Would appreciate having "handling charge" built into price. Feels deceiving to learn of that surcharge after spending the time to craft the order and card.

Checking the delivery status throughout the afternoon was a very bad user experience. No one answered the phone when I called the help line twice. Though the site assured someone would respond to my email within an hour, I never received a response. I aimed to surprise my partner at home with the delivery. However, because the delivery arrived after the GUARANTEED 4 hour window, it was a miracle someone was home to receive it.

Finally, while I was happy with the flowers and packaging, I was not thrilled with the appearance of the card. I expected a script that mimicked handwriting. Instead, the "card" looked like a receipt printed in block computer letters. Yes, if I want a hand-written note I should send flowers myself. However, the occasion was not premeditated. I would appreciate the option of a card that feels warm (even though it's not written by a human hand) to complement the romance of the flower arrangement.

Overall, I give the experience 4 out of 5 stars because the flowers did arrive, the arrangement was beautiful, the order was correct, and my partner was pleased.
