Easy to order and navigate website. However, I chose green roses specifically for my order but we received white roses in a mostly green arrangement. Pretty but not what I ordered. I also ordered and paid more for the "deluxe" version of this arrangement but it arrived looking like the lesser priced bouquet. Could have saved myself some money.

Ordered same day delivery for wifes birthday only to receive a call that someone messed up and couldn't deliver till the next day.
Last minute $15 "handling" fees on top of delivery and next day upcharges was a surprise.
I was very impressed by the service and the site. The site is very user friendly with a huge selection. This was the first time i use your company. I called in the day after i placed my order, the day before delivery and asked that the order be delivered before noon. The flowers were delivered a little after 11:AM. The flower bouquet better than the picture. Thank You so much!
I requested same day service, was never delivered. This is the 2nd day, and still don't know if it's been delivered.
I ordered on a Wednesday morning (2:00AM) for a delivery the same day. They never arrived. After contacting them on Thursday about the flowers not arriving, they told me that they couldn't find a florist to deliver them for anytime on Wednesday. No one ever contacted me or informed me that the flowers would not be able to be delivered on time. So they showed up a day late. The flowers were great and were exactly what I wanted, but a day late. I just wish I could have been informed that their definition of "guaranteed" same day delivery differs greatly from mine. Outside of that, I was please with their service.

You get the stars for being on time but the order CAME WITHOUT A CARD ATTACHED which spoiled the $42 expense. Wow I mean come on guys send the card that way someone would know who and why. $42 is a lot of money but WOULD HAVE BEEN WORTHWHILE...
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps

Answer: My delivery came at 640pm on the day it was scheduled, I checked several times during the day and couldn't get anything but thst the delivery was scheduled.

Answer: That's how this company works. You can't trust a date that they've promised they'll meet. I'd get a refund, and shop elsewhere.
