All went smooth. Easy to use site. BUT, I paid an extra fee for same day delivery and the flowers were NOT delivered the same day. They arrived the next day. They were delivered out of state to my sick mother so I did not want to get her involved in my disappointment. I ordered an arrangement that came with a PINK vase. The vase was CLEAR! Not pink as ordered. My mother LOVED the flowers. The roses smelled wonderful and that meant a lot to me. Very happy with the actual flowers. I will not order from here again since I am not sure what I will get. I want EXACTLY what I ordered. Who wouldn't?

Was very easy and quick, but for the customized vase. I expected a custom printed vase but was dissatisfied with the way it was delivered.
So far the shopping experience has been fine. I am more interested in the quality of the product and if what is delivered (and when it is delivered) meets my expectations.
The recipient sent me a picture of the flowers delivered. I specifically chose that arrangement because what was advertised contained very little greenery (filler.) Unfortunately, the delivered arrangement contained too much filler so I was pretty disappointed. The arrangement did not meet my expectations. There is no point advertising a discount on an item if it means that your arrangement is not going to look like what is advertised.
