My experience was excellent with all of the kind customer service people, but the fact that I had to repeatedly call as my order wasn't delivered to my daughter at her office on the day promised was BEYOND upsetting. The flowers arrived a day late, but she said they were lovely and the product was, at least, beautiful. I DO appreciate both Christina's and Jennifer's kindness and care in trying to get the florist to respond and deliver the arrangement. Many thanks ladies! ~Darla

The flowers that was sent was so different from the picture online. It didn't even look slightly like the online picture.
Website was easy to navigate, delivery time was perfect. Flowers were fresh & colorful but was a little disappointed on how many flowers were in the bouquet. I upgraded to the top level (I think deluxe). I just don't think it was worth it for $75. It did not have all the flowers that were featured. It also did not have the mason jar. Was disappointed in that as well.

Upon receipt the person that received the flowers had to throw them away they were half-dead and smelled terrible
