Today was my birthday and i was suppose to get "Surprised" by my husband with a rose boquet, they told him i would recieve it by 1pm today, i never recieved them, today we closed at 2pm, called customer service and they didnt care one bit, nope, they were like oh okay, and thats it. MESSED UP MY Bday, horrible place

I was extremely happy with the prompt delivery and the appearance of the balloon bouquet I sent to my son - however, there was no card or message included with the delivery, so he didn't know who it was from. So, that is the only hiccup in the process, otherwise, great company, great product great service.

I was very satisfied with the arrangement that was sent and the time that it got delivered in, just a little pricey for the plants but it was for a special occasion and the price would not keep me from using the website in the future.
I ordered through a photo a 50th anniversary bouquet of roses for my sister and her husband. It was to come with a vase lined with their wedding photo which I scanned to the company. The flowers arrived and half of them were almost dead and the photo was scrunched up. I phoned the company IMMEDIATELY after they were delivered and they said somebody would get back to me in three days to resolve this issue. I spent almost 70.00 for this. Nobody phoned me back. I just phoned again after ten days andI was on hold for 30 minutes and once I started to tell them again my story they hung up. I contacted Visa to get involved and they contacted fromyouflowers.com and they told Visa TOO BAD A PRODUCT WAS DELIVERED. Please stay away from this terrible company.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
