I made the order for same day delivery. They were delivered, incorrectly... I called and complained stating I had only received 12 stems when I ordered 18. There were no smaller flowers or "filler flowers" in the roses. Just only leaves of the roses. I called and was told that they would deliver the other flowers the next day, which should have been Friday. They were delivered Monday. Also the name on the card attached was misspelled. I ordered on line and the directions were correct. I was so unimpressed. Between the order being incorrect, time to correct and the misspelled name, I would be very hesitant to use again. Although, I will tell you the young lady that I talked to when I called and complained was very nice.

I ordered the flowers at 8:30 am cst for same day delivery 8/30 and paid the extra fee. Flowers were not received on that day. I called the following day, waited 30 minutes to speak to a live person and was essentially told that florist was waiting on the truck to come pick them up for delivery and they policy was to be delivered same day by 5pm (although they were already a day late, that is the policy?). When the flowers did finally arrive, they were absolutely not what was ordered (told tulips were out of season although it didn't appear there were any in the bouquet i ordered online), was not worth the price, no mention of a refund for the expedited delivery was mentioned and on top of that only had three flowers in the whole bouquet with wilted greenery. Florist told me that they didn't receive the order till the day of delivery 8/31 which was why they were late. I will not be using this service again. Gave one star because there was no other option for this survey.

Delighted that I was able to order flowers and have them delivered within hours of ordering. The bouquet was beautiful (I have been told by the receiver) and really meant a great deal.
Ordering was easy, but I had her getting the flowers on 8-31 and you deliver on 8-28. What if they weren't home to receive? I tried to call customer service by phone after over 15 Mim wait I hung up. Then I tried email and got no reply. She said the flowers were beautiful. But I would think twice if I use you again. No customer service at all!
The flowers were not delivered same day as promised. It took 19 minutes wait to speak with a customer service representative on the phone. Otherwise flowers were beautiful.
