The arrangement was small compared to the picture. Not that many flowers. I was disappointed in the size since it was suppose to be large. The flowers were pretty just not very big arrangement
Great easy service, delivery was on time.
Had to call customer service and wait on hold for 45 minutes to find out that my "same day" flower delivery had not even been processed with a florist, and NOBODY contacted me to let me know after the delivery time had already passed. How do you not contact someone who made a purchase, guarantee a same day delivery, then find out it wasn't even processed? I was really disappointed they didn't arrive when they were supposed too. Then had to call back again this morning and wait 45 min to speak with someone who couldn't guarantee my delivery before 1pm because the florists "get busy", well why even offer a same day guarantee etc? 1pm was the time my sister would be leaving to be induced for labor. Luckily, my mother stayed at her home to receive the flowers 8 minutes before 1. The bouquet looked nice, but the surprise was ruined and I am still very disappointed.

I've looked at several site for roses for my wife. This site had everything I could not get or find on there sites. Now. I recieved my purchase with the custom vase shattered in the box. The picture damaged and scratched and the purple roses dead and one of Ben broke. My wife and I both work at the same place and it was a surprise for her birthday TODAY. I opened the box and that is what I got. I was crushed. As well as my wife. I am very disappointed.

I loved the service, they fulfilled expectations and last minute orders. I had an issue with the order payment I did send a couple of mails but in the end I am very satisfied with the answer to my request and the attention I got to solve the issues, overall, mom was very happy with her birthday flowers getting there on time and the small details they had when delivering the final order. I would recommend to double check the final order, apart from that I will buy with them again.

I was completely satisfied and would've given 5 stars on all but when I tried to track my order on your site it wouldn't pull up using my order # and email as your site asks for. When I called customer service because I was afraid my order got lost I was on hold for 30 minutes. Repeat I tried to track as you suggest first. The flowers and vase were great and the recipient loved them.
