The flowers were delivered on time, they are always a little more expensive than seen on the website due to a handling fee, but over all I will continue to use you flowers, and I have been very happy overall.

I, personally, did not receive the order, but the order was received by the person i had them sent to. And it was received on time, as far as i know.
I, also, cannot speak to my satisfaction of the flowers, since, i, personally, never saw them.
But my sister, whom i had the flowers sent to, said they were lovely.

I have ordered many times with fromyouflowers.com and have overall always been satisfied. This time I was ordering for a birthday and wanted to do something special. I decided on the customizable photo vase, which turned out perfect. However, the white roses I ordered along with the vase, left me longing for more. There were no type of what I call filler flowers. Once the roses were in the vase, most of the vase looked empty and unappealing to the eye. Also the white rose petals were a little brown around the outside edges. Honestly, the flowers ordered was not what I had expected but the vase was lovely.

I'm not a fan of your bogus 15% discount, which you then take back in your "Service/Handing" fees. That's quite deceptive.

The handling fee came as a shock. I would like to have seen the handling fee listed at the beginning. I still would have purchased...just felt blindsided.
I understand that $15 is an industry standard for services and delivery. For this reason, I also was displeased with Teleforal on an earlier order...they did the same thing...they did not reveal the true cost until the end of the transaction...after spending time to register, obtain a password, and enter the credit card information.
Bottom line, all of you in the floral delivery business are being deceptive (out of the blocks).
At least your company was kind enough to respond to my concern.

Very difficult to rate my experience until my order has been fulfilled,to see how the arrangement looks and if it arrived on time since I had to pay extra for that. (I have stopped ordering from online florists because the actual arrangement NEVER resembles the picture.) Am anxious to see what this company will deliver.
Follow up comment:This company was fantastic! The arrangement arrived about 3-4 hours after I placed the order. It was "a thinking of you " order for my daughter and it was STUNNING! The arrangement is now 4 days old and the white lilies and pink roses are as fresh and beautiful as the day it was delivered. Some of the lily blooms have started to open so I am hoping for extra flowers soon. How refreshing to find an online florist that actually replicates the picture you see online! I would definitely order from this company again.

The item delivered was not what I ordered. While my grandson received a bear with cookies it was not the bear that was on your web site. He was thrilled to get the gift but I was disappointed that it wasn't the one I ordered.

The flowers were wiltiing on the edges when I saw them sitting on a table at the funeral home. I did not ask anyone about it because I was to embarassed. I am not sure who's fault it was; yours or theirs.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
