When you called to say the florist didn't have the smiley face mug, I wasn't very happy. Then I had to approve an unseen vase by phone. Again, I wasn't very happy. BUT...the person I sent the flowers to sent me a picture of the flowers and the vase...great job! The bouquet was gorgeous and the vase was very nice as well. Needless to say I am extremely pleased and will definitely continue to use your service! Thanks so much!

I don't understand in the age of electronic transactions that we still have such a ridiculous waiting period on charges. I placed my order on the 31st of August and out of nowhere the charge for the order went through TODAY, the 6th of September. This has definitely ruined the strict budgeting plan I established and stressed me out massively. I'm not using this service again, I can't afford with everything else I have going on being a recently separated veteran, student loans, full time enrollment in college and my job can I afford to have this happen to me again.

Well one order is being delived late from the date needed, and the flowers from the other order DIE with in three day of coming, The people that you get your product from should have better flowers that we get... More then 3Day. This sucks!

A little disappointed that there was a delay in the morning such that the balloons should have been sent but were not. However, I received a refund for the expedited fee after calling customer service. Eventually, the recipient received the balloons on the same day and was happy with the product.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
