I ordered flowers that were from the selection of guaranteed for same-day delivery. I received a call a few hours later stating that the flowers could not be delivered on the same day, and that they would be delivered the following day. The sales associate offered a refund on the same-day delivery fee, a $20 gift certificate for a future order, and an upgrade on the selection to the premium assortment.
I was told an additional card would be added to apologize for the delay in delivery, and that the flowers would be delivered first thing in the morning. When the flowers had not been delivered by noon the following day, I attempted to contact the company through the 'Track My Order' feature on the website. The site states that I would receive a reply within 1 hour. Over 2 hours later I had not received a reply, but the flowers were eventually delivered, after 2pm, over 24 hours after I had placed the order.
These flowers were ordered for an anniversary, so they were received the day after our anniversary. My wife said they looked great, but the card was screwed up. It apologized for the delay stating they were intended to be delivered the previous day, but it cut off most of the original personalized message I had written.
Overall the product was great, but delivery time was horrendous, and customer service did not meet my expectations.
Took 2 days for delivery but it was my fault...I gave the wrong address at first. Waiting time on the phone could be improved. I called 4 times and waited 20 minutes 3 times before I was disconnected each time. The 4th time was 15 minutes but then everything was great!
It's always quick and easy to place online orders. I've had only one bad experience where the flowers didn't look good upon delivery. This order is for my mother in law so i sure hope it's delivered nice!
Disappointed with vase color as the picture showed a pink vase. One of the reasons I chose that setting so kind of upset about that.

My nephew finally received his arrangement a day late, and I was told it would be upgraded for the delay. My sister just sent me a picture, he was suppose to get a sunflower with a smiley face you with a balloon and I paid extra for another balloon. He received sunflowers, a paper smiley face and the balloons I ordered. Not sure how that is considered an upgrade, they were told it was for a 5yr old boy.

This is the second time I have used "fromyouflowers.com". It was so easy to go on line pick the flowers with her favoeite color and have them sent. It didn't hurt that I got a sale price.
She told me they made her smile. Made me happy.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps

Answer: My delivery came at 640pm on the day it was scheduled, I checked several times during the day and couldn't get anything but thst the delivery was scheduled.
