The first person I spoke to at the call center told me it would not be a problem to send my order on my moms birthday. The next day I woke up at 8 am to call and find out they were not able to do this and my mom would receive her flowers and vase today Sept 7 her birthday was on Sept 2. I wish the information given by the agents were the same unfortunately incorrect information did not make my moms 60th birthday a special one.
Delivery is a little too pricey and the flowers came in a plain vase that didn't even have any ribbon around it or anything to "fluff" it up.
Not really worth the money :(

I sent an arrangement to s friend to help her celebrate her 70yj birthday. It cost just over $50 including delivery. She texted me a photo after she received it. It wasn't in the vase shown online. It was in a Mason jar. It looked very small and plain. She said the flowers were fresh and pretty. I was very disappointed by the size and different choice of vase.
