There were 3 choices for size of arrangements. I picked the largest one. When I got home and saw it the first thing I thought was that it was the medium or small one. The flowers were still nice my wife didn't care. The box of chocolate I could have gone without maybe the baloons would have had a better.

THERE WERE 2 STEMS OF TINY BLUE FLOWERS, WITH A FEW WHITE ONES, & THIS WAS TO BE THE DELUXE SIZE. BOUQUET ARRANGEMENT WAS A MESS ALSO. THE BLUEST THING ABOUT THIS WHOLE MESS WAS THE BLUE VASE. I SURE DON'T KNOW WHAT WENT WRONG...BUT I THINK THE FLORIST SERVICE THAT FILLED MY ORDER SHOULD BE CHECKED OUT BY *FROM YOU FLOWERS* I AM VERY UNHAPPY.

Had a little problem with actual delivery, perhaps deliverer not familiar with the location. Had to follow up by emailing and calling rep. Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
