This is my 3rd order with fromyouflowers. Ordering online is quick and easy, and the arrangements portrayed are accurate to what is delivered. And, I appreciate the discount coupon that allowed me to purchase an upgraded arrangement.
The bouquet that was delivered for my sister's birthday was lovely, the flowers were fresh and arranged nicely. The only reason I gave it 4 instead of 5 was that it was smaller than I had anticipated based on the description.
I paid for same day deliver it was deliver 28 hours later. Did I get the same day charge back? No! Will I order again? No! Will I recommend your site? No! How satisfied am I? NOT AT ALL!
I needed to change the address on the delivery and called on the phone to do this and they were extremely helpful however I had to wait on the phone for at least 25 minutes and that I feel would give a poor satisfaction review.
The plant that arrived was beautiful. However, I had actually ordered a (probably) less expensive bouquet (with an accompanying vase.) I'm not sure what happened, but appreciate the apparent upgrade!

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
