Easy And exactly what I ordered
Just wanted to say how pleased I am with the florist who made and delivered the flowers for my friend. He was delighted and sent me pics. The arrangement is beautiful and the delivery person called him and delivered the flowers to his office when they found out he wouldn't be home until evening. I am truly impressed with the customer service!
Funny how I cannot change my ratings above. When I tried to downgrade them it would not let me enter or go further with this survey. ~ The flowers were delivered to my sister AFTER 9:00 PM! Very late. Especially since she just had surgery. (These had a Get Well balloon with it so you knew it was for someone that was ill or recuperating.) ~ I had received an email telling me that I had an $11.71 credit on my account. I tried to have it applied to my order but it would not accept it. I called Customer Service and after waiting for more than a half hour on hold listening to repeated recordings saying how important my call was to you, I was told that I could only have $1.71 of my credit because there was a $10.00 discount on my order, which is the discount that everyone gets when you place an online order. Seems wrong. I'm very unhappy with your "Customer Service". Now I'm not sure if I will order from you again even though I have used you several times in the past and had no issues before.
