I am very satisfied with the quality of the flowers that were delivered to my wife at work for her birthday.
The product was represented as pictured. The flowers and vase was very small and unimpressive. For the price I would have excepted a more from the florist.
I placed an order for a funeral. Gave the exact name and address of the church the young man looked it up verified it then the day of delivery, when it was to late, I was sent an email saying they could not deliver they could not verify the church address.
Decided to give another chance today but needed to place a pick up order due to Noone will deliver that far from town. After 3 long waits I am told call back the morning so they can place the order they are unable to take the order until then.
Never again.

It was a a gift
I was grateful for the discount code from earlier this year and the next day delivery.
Service Charges are as expensive as the product itself. I ordered the deluxe version, but what was delivered was a cheap inexpensive product. Next time I will arrange and deliver something myself.
Good selection for same day orders...but you don't get what you select. A plain clear vase and the amount of flowers I could have gotten with the basic size doesn't seem worth the 70+ I spent. I don't plan on ordering from you in the future if this is what I can expect! This was my mother's 70 and I wanted something she could re-use this fall. I went looked through all you had to offer and I picked it based on the color scheme...the one you so cutely FALSELY advertise as 'Presented in an orange glass vase to give it a simply citrus sweet look,' I can see a slight variation in flowers occurring...but not when you describe and show the vase as one thing and then send a cheap plane glass vase that we have so many of already! The satisfaction guarantee says it will refund you or send what you requested...customer service did neither!
Ordering was easy and straight forward. 1st time user. Ordered same day delivery at noon---web said could do for $3. But didn't make same day. Got next day at 11am. Appreciate the call at 5pm saying delivery wouldn't make it same day.

The first time I ordered from you all the floral arrangement was beautiful. Today the couple got wilted and very dehydrated flowers. If this is what was sent to them I could have simply gone to my backyard and pick them some flowers. It really wasn't worth what i paid. Very disappointed with the whole delivery and the floral arrangement.
