My only concern is that you have sent the survey to me. I sent the item to a friend and therefore I am unable to comment on the quality. However, the order process was easy, it was delivered on time and the recipient seemed pleased. (Thank you for all of that!) But only she can really comment on the content.

Now that I've seen a picture of the flowers that were delivered today I have to say I am a bit disappointed. They are pretty, yes, but I paid for the premium arrangement and from what I can see, the one that was delivered was not any more premium than the one displayed on the website. Also, I had deliberately picked an arrangement that did not list any lilies because they have a cat who almost died once after eating some and their arrangement today had day lilies in it.
The order was 24 hours late!

It's a shame the $14.99 delivery fee wasn't included earlier on in the quote. It may be listed somewhere, but the total didn't update with the fee during the order process until the very end. I went ahead with the order as we needed it completed, but I probably won't be back.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
