I ordered a simple zen piece and got a ginormous fresh flower display. It was gorgeous and my mom absolutely loved it, however, it was not at all what I ordered. Perhaps you could contact the customer and make sure the piece is ok before delivery? The piece delivered included lillies and my dad is allergic thank you.

Easy to use website. Will know more how much I like it after flowers are received & how they look. Two days later & flowers were received as promised even though it was an address way out of town. I had recipient send me a photo & I was so pleased to see it really was like picture I chose. She said they smelled SO good! I've used other websites & was not as happy.

I sent a sympathy arrangement and when I didn't hear from my daughter, I sent her a text the following day asking if she had received her flowers. She said no and went to the front door to see if they were there. She did find her flowers, a day later, wilted and with no card. I had specifically asked for their doorbell to be rung when they were delivered and they never heard the doorbell rung.

The order process took a long time. We decided on the deluxe floral arrangement. We were disappointed in that the arrangement was not as full as the deluxe one shown on the internet, however, the arrangement was nice. If I had to order another arrangement, I would try a different type of arrangement. The deluxe was not a deluxe. There were not enough flowers to be a deluxe arrangement.
I was disappointed. The arrangement did not have the type of flowers that were pictured. Daisies are cheap flowers. There were no daisies in your picture. The arrangement was not balanced. Probably will not purchase from you again.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
