Initially my mother-in-law said she had received tulips, so I was concerned, but then I called her back and she said she was confused because they were rosebuds. Now they have opened up, and she can see they are roses. However, she said she didn't receive the chocolates orders, did receive the miniature teddy bear. I am chalking it up to her being a little older (88 years) so my apologies for calling back and saying we didn't get what we wanted on Ordr # ******* delivered June 10

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
