I was disappointed that the chocolate was soft and melted in some spots. It was a warm day out but it probably should have been delivered earlier in the day and it was late due to flight delays. If I had known it was traveling so far I probably would have ordered it from a closer florist considering it was a bouquet of chocolates. I ordered this item for the collectible pot and so that my niece can put it on her desk...Ineven mentioned it on the card! Instead it came in a basket! How is she supposed to put a basket on her work desk? Extremely disappointed with this order! Probably will not order from this site again.

The local florist contracted delivered the order the day I after I placed the order though it was not scheduled for delivery for 3.5 weeks later. I contacted FYF Customer Service and they contacted florist to ensure the order would be delivered again when actually scheduled. That just occurred so I'm happy. Thanks!

It was an ok experience but I did not get the flower cake I chose from the picture. I specifically picked that arrangement because of the colors and instead got yellow sunflowers! That was a little disappointing since the purple is what brought my attention to that bouquet.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
