The concern over shipping was resolved and customer service was quick and helpful. However, the flowers delivered looked nothing like the picture of the ones I ordered. I was extremely disappointed. I could've bought the same bouquet at a Kroger for half the price I paid.
The only reason for the 3 stars was that it was very stressful to try and get a confirmation for the delivery time. I called several times and could not get thru then finally on the 3rd call after waiting for 23 min I was able to speak with a live person. I also left 2 emails which said that i would get a response within an hour but never did. Although I am happy that the flowers did deliver on time...

Quick and easy to order. However the flowers were beautiful but not like in the picture at all.
What I ordered looks nothing like what was sent. My friend received a very skimpy not very pretty bouquet. I'm so disappointed. I could've bought flowers from grocery store, drove 180 miles and delivered her better flowers than she received for what I spent on her bouquet.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps

Answer: That's how this company works. You can't trust a date that they've promised they'll meet. I'd get a refund, and shop elsewhere.
