Horrible arrangement! Not at all what I thought it would be for the price. I ordered the premium arrangement and what I got was a puny, sparse arrangement. I have been on hold for the past 25 minutes waiting to speak to a customer service rep but finally hung up. I am extremely disappointed, would like to speak to a representative and receive a partial refund! I would appreciate a call from a rep to discuss this matter further. I have pictures of the arrangement to prove I did not get my money's worth.

The site was great... the delivery was fine but. The flowers were not satisfactory. The bouquet was very small, not worth the money spent. The bouquet pictured on site was much more abundant, disappointed since it was part of my mothers 80th birthday gift...

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
