So many of the items I would have preferred were not available for delivery to that zip code. Not happy about that! Don't understand the reason, especially with the high service charge.

When the flowers arrived I had to get rid of most of the lilies because they were dead from the heat. The vase that I bought I was under the impression would have something printed on it instead it was just waterproof paper on the inside. I had to end up going to acme to purchase more flowers to put in the vase to make up for the dead ones that I had to take out. The last two times that I bought flowers from this site everything looked beautiful however this time I received mostly dead flowers with little to no care with the packaging. They say it only takes one bad experience to ruin a reputation and this unfortunately was my bad experience.

Delivered by ups which delivered them late evening the day requested which made the flowers warm from the hot truck and looked a little wilted.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
