I sent my mother in law some flowers and received something completely different than what was pictured. In fact, the vase had an ornament labeled 'friends,' which I did not want on there. This was an early wedding gift and I am very upset.

I had ordered a fall bouquet for my sister in Johnstown. I ordered them on a Monday morning and was very much surprised when my sister text me shortly after noon to thank me for the flowers. The time span from placing the order to delivery was excellent and very much appreciated. My sister sent me a picture of the flowers and they were beautiful. I will definitely order from this florist again. From start to finish it was an easy process and I was very satisfied

UPS delivered today. The package was left in the middle of the yard in front of the garage and the vase was broken into many many pieces. Flowers look great but UPS ruined the whole experience. These were for my wife on our anniversary.

Your ordering process was excellent and my phone calls to customer service was excellent. Pricing was good with special discount (but honestly not that much less than ordering thru FTD or 1-800Flowers). Where I doubt if I'll order again thru you is the photo sent to me by recipient was not so great.
I like the ease and convenience of shopping on this site but my order wasn't delivered until the next morning when I paid for same day delivery.
