I have ordered from you before recently. The flowers were beautiful but did not last as long as I or my wife thought they would. They were premium roses ordered for our 50th anniversary.
I was very pleased with my first order other than what is posted above and my second order that I just received is nice enough but the picture looked much better to me than the actual flowers received including that the picture showed six roses but there were only five in the received arrangement.
Ordered at 12:30, the flowers were delivered at 3 (which of course may vary by destination).
I was hesitant at first because I didn't see anything that detailed what constituted same day delivery (would they try to deliver at 6pm to my wife's work?). But after ordering, the confirmation email specified that accepted same deliveries would be delivered by 5pm for businesses and 6pm for residential.
Based on my experience, I would use them again for a same day delivery.

The flowers arrived as expected, were fresh and lovely, and I have no complaints. ProFlowers is my source for fresh flowers. They use the best florists and delivery is as close to designated time as is possible in NYC.
My order was delivered a day too early. Recipent was not at home when flower arrangement was delivered. Delivery lady waited nearly an hour, but the recipient did not return home until Tuesday, Sept. 20th., which was date I asked for flowers to be delivered. Arrangement was left with neighbor. Very disappointed because flowers were not fresh.

The surprise service fees at checkout is not good business practice. Customers want to know what they are paying when they select the item. I initially intended to place two orders until I arrived at checkout and discovered an extra $30 in fees. When I discovered the fees I removed the extra order and ordered only what I absolutely needed.
The experience was great except for what was already mentioned. Simply put, Sam Walton would have been as successful as he was had he chosen to ambush customers with additional charges at checkout. Your site is certainly something I would use but I didn't appreciate being ambushed at checkout. If I would have had time I would have searched for another site or called a local florist. In this case it was a quick solution that ended up costing me $15. Had the $15 been included in the item price while browsing I would have still purchased the same product. I don't believe most customers would have a problem with the additional $15. Adding the $15 at checkout just gives the customer a feeling there is something underhanded about the deal. Make people feel comfortable and confident about their purchases and decisions and they will pay more. It's all about the experience!
Shopping was easy- being a return customer depends on the product
Ordered before and flowers were supposed to be multi colored and arrived done in all white flowers. Giving one more chance to do good, I have not received s picture of this arrangement yet to give a true rating.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
