Flowers were beautiful. One order couldn't be delivered on a Sunday because there were no florists in the area open that day. They alerted me immediately and confirmed a Monday delivery was acceptable and upgraded the arrangement to deluxe at no extra charge. Will definitely use them again.
Services and products was great
It was actually much nicer than I expected. Usually I order flowers and when I see them in person they are a disappointment, but these were the opposite.
Very quick to find and buy a bouquet for a last minute birthday delivery. I was very impressed with the selection and the price and easy use of the website. Will definitely be coming back. (As long as the bouquet delivered looks good and arrives on time.)

The flowers were great and so was the teddy bear the only thing that really diasatisfied me was the box of chocolates I paid for a medim box and the one I got looked like a small box plus it was all dark chocolate...not everyone like dark chocolate that much!

After not receiving a shipping confirmation at all. I finally called the hotline number listed on the website twice. And twice I sat on hold for 20 minutes a piece listening to a recorded message saying, "Your call is very important to us. Please hold and the next available representative will be with you shortly." But I never got past the message. Then I did my own research looking the company up on the BBB website to find that you had been flagged. It said to contact someone directly dial *this number*..." Upon dialing that number a voicemail message stated that person would be out of the office until Wednesday. If I needed immediate assistance to call *this number*. So I called the number given and finally got through to a person. Who looked up my order and found that it had gotten lost in the "spam" e-mail folder. Then they called the florist in my area and finally got it confirmed that it would be in the van and delivered before 5pm. At this point it was 2pm. I originally placed the order at 5am. My wife finally received the order at 4pm. So no. I will not be recommending you to anyone. Also, when I placed my order I was expecting to pay the $34 after tax. Upon checkout, a sudden fee of over $12 was added and I wound up paying almost $50 for a small bouquet.
Loved the discounted price. Didn't like the charges for weekend delivery.Tried to call your number but the holding time was too long. It was more than 15 min. Overall I will use your company again in the future.
I seleted the ungraded version ob the arrangements but im not convinced I got an "upgrades" version. It was smaller then I thought it would be.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
