The service was quick and adequate. The problem I saw is that one of the supposedly fresh flowers had brown flecks on it. For the price I paid that should not happen.

That was all on time, and flowers were the same as it show in pictures, and were fresh.

The flowers were delivered same day as promised but they came at the very end of it w about 30 min left to the deadline. Not the best deal but at least they made it. The flowers looked pretty different upon arrival than in the picture online. It was a decent experience.
The shipping & handling charges are high
The flowers received were far smaller than how they looked on your website. And I even ordered the 'deluxe' version rather than the basic version (and the description told me that it would be closer to the one in the photo on the website). Slightly disappointed as it was for a wedding anniversary. Won't be using you again.
The vase was broken when the flowers were received. It killed the idea of a customized vase.
