Original order was a glass vase but a basket was used instead not sure if it's because i upgraded the number of flowers. However the arrangement was still pretty.

I had the balloons sent to my husband for his birthday at his job. He received the balloons before 12pm and the email confirmation stated it would be between 9am and 5pm. Thank you for sending them early and he was surprised with the balloons and the Ferrero Rocher chocolate!

My overall experience with fromyouflowers.com was great. BUT the florist that created and delivered the flowers needs to improve their handwriting. I could hardly tell that it was from "Rick & Deb Wells" because the handwriting was so poor. Pretty flowers, though.
Flowers sent to someone else, I haven't seen them but receiver said they were beautiful
They didn't have those little water tubes attached to the steams. The flowers were out of water to long and clearly were to hot. It had been 24 hours or more that they didn't have water. So when opening the box all the rose petals where wilted and brown. They had lost a lot of color from turning brown.
The only objection is that so much is charged for delivery that I had to get a less expensive flower arrangement.
I must say I was a little skeptical about using your company but I am very impressed. Everything was delivered on time and everyone was happy with what they received. I will definitely order from you again.
