I was very disappointed that the flowers were delivered after 5pm although I submitted my order at 9:36am. My wife had already left the office before the flowers arrived.
The initial experience was good and I would have used the service again, but my friend didn't receive the flowers yesterday as I had requested. I ordered them fairly early (9:50 am) in the day and requested delivery for the same day and paid the 2.99 fee for same day delivery. I ended up receiving an email last night indicating the flowers had been delivered but it must have been after 5:00 pm after my friend has left work. They were at the receptionist desk this morning. She sent me a picture of the flowers and they didn't really look the same as the photo.

I was very disappointed with the flowers received so I left a bad review. I am amending that review as I called customer service (looong hold time) and they were very helpful and I am happy with that. New upgraded flowers are being resent so I changed my star count.
I would have liked more delicate colors for the bouquet, fluorescent colors are as beautiful and I thought it would be more like the picture.
