Flowers arrived late and they were wilted and brown.
I put on my order that these flowers were from Doug & Jeri Martin, however, that was never put on a card for the receiver to see who the flowers were from. I didn't choose to send a card with a note attached, but thought our names would be put with the flowers.
My last 3 orders have been bad, this is my last try here, using my gift certificate, and coupon. May not return if it goes as it had in the past! (This was my past survey)
So I ordered the 3 roses w/baby breathe and fern accents but decided due to my coupons to get the next size up. Well wish I wouldn't have, the only difference between the regular and deluxe is more BABY BREATHE! So I paid an extra 10 bucks for extra baby breathe? Sigh, this is my last time, I am not even going to call and complain, dont have the time.

I was disappointed that I could not change the delivery date when I found out the recipent was not going to be home for two weeks. I tried to contact fromyouflowers immediately and was not able to talk to anyone, the phone was answered by a recording and I was put on hold for an unacceptable amount of time.no one ever came on the line. I then emailed them, received an email back the next day saying they could not change the date.

The color of the flowers recieved was different than expected. Ordered Orange roses and ended up with yellow ones. However she loved them all the same so it wasn't so bad.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
