Charging a processing fee of 14.99 and then another fee of 2.99 seems a bit much. Realistically you do not save the $10 stated, as at the end of the purchase it is tacked on in "processing" fees... That being said, when in a pinch you have to somewhat expect that you will be paying dearly for the convenience of making things happen at the last minute, right?
Everything was straight to the point but I will fill much better once I know she received the floweres. My mom received her beautiful flowers on the day I requested thank you so much.

Seems like all went well, she loved the flowers. When they are being left at the front desk of a big office it would be nice if the delivery would be taken one step further and taken right to the person if the company allows it. My wife didn't actually receive the flowers until around 1730 or so yesterday. Not sure what time they were delivered.

I initially experienced trouble with the website--began an order that didn't show up in the cart and had to start over again. Otherwise, the ordering process went well. Since the bouquet was sent to another state, I did not see it, but the report from a relative of the person to whom it was sent was that it was lovely--and it did arrive at the appropriate time.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
