Update: delivered in a incredible amount of time! Didn't have to spend all day wondering if the flowers had gotten there! The only complaint I have is that the arrangement didn't look anything like what I had ordered. It was still beautiful, just not what was pictured!

The recipient liked the flowers although they barely resembled the photo on the site. I am disappointed because what she received was supposed to an upgrade due to the fact that they were not delivered on the date promised. They didn't look like much of an upgrade to me. I haven't seen them in person (just a photo that she sent), but I think next time I'll use a local florist.
But it's all in execution. So the flowers were delivered in a very timely manner but was kindof shocked at how small it was.
Was very easy and quick. The fruit basket I ordered was a sympathy gift for my boss who lost her mother. She was very happy to receive it and surprised at how beautiful and large the fruit and basket was. She received it on the day I chose to get there and it put mind at ease when she called me to thank me. I was happy it was there in the appropriate time frame.
Easy to order, now just need to verify that what is delivered is comparable to what I would expect.
After order delivered: I paid extra, for the "deluxe", which is supposed to get it as close to the pic as possible. It looks close I guess, but not wow'ed by it. It looks somewhat sparse in comparison. Didn't have the array of colors in the pic.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
