Handling charges were a little high
I am very upset with the outcome of this order. I ordered the deluxe arrange and the one received was so small that I am very embarrassed that I sent something like that to my co-worker as a surprise. It looks nothing like the one I saw in your website. It looks like a $10 arrangement. Not ordering from you again.

Update: delivered in a incredible amount of time! Didn't have to spend all day wondering if the flowers had gotten there! The only complaint I have is that the arrangement didn't look anything like what I had ordered. It was still beautiful, just not what was pictured!
