IVE ORDERED FROM YOU ALL MANY TIMES. Only had a problem once.
I'm sorry to say that I have a couple of issues with my order. The first is the $14.99 Service/Handling fee that wasn't mentioned until the very end and then the $2.99 Same Day/Weekend Fee. When checking out I didn't see the service fee on my total until the very end. And what is the point of advertising same day delivery and charging $4.99 for before 3, which I turned down and then charging $2.99 for it anyway? What is the Service/Handling Fee for if not delivery? Very unhappy for these added costs.
The second and more important issue is that my daughter-in-law likes natural flowers and very little color and has an understated style, so I picked a bouquet that would reflect that. What I ordered was this with nice lilacs (love the blooms and smell) and big and small white roses.
What she got was died pink roses and some other purple flowers (not lilacs) and very few white roses. While this is an okay bouquet, it isn't what I ordered. It isn't as full and the flowers are wrong (lilacs are totally missing even though they were in the description) and defeated the purpose of ordering one with limited colors.
Web site is great! Easy to navigate. Used it twice so far and I'm sure I will again!
