I was thrilled when my daughter in law called me to thank me for the beautiful flowers...suggesting they were the nicest she had ever received. I had bought them on the fly as I thought her BD was the following day. She received them within hours of my order. She sent me a photo though and honestly I was so disappointed when I saw what was actually sent. I had spend extra money to send the "very best" and what she received was pretty...but certainly far from the best...not even close. I compared the photo sent to the photo showing the deluxe and I had ordered the premium...the best. What was sent was less than the deluxe and I was surprised and disappointed when I saw the photo. Regardless, I am grateful to have such a kind and appreciative daughter in law.
Site was easy to use and delivery was prompt. However, the flowers were less impressive than I had hoped even though I went with the deluxe option to ensure they were a more accurate representation of the picture shown.
The driver confirmed the delivery before the actual delivery was made. Not cool. Call to customer service confirmed that florist delivery was on its way.

The final product was disappointing because the mums were quite small and they looked very weepy as if they would not make it to the next day for the funeral service. The pictures on website show a very robust size and presence and that is not the product that was delivered.
However, I have used your service in the past and have had remarkable experiences that keep me coming back.

The flowers were beautiful, but the vase they were in was so SMALL, which was no more than 6" tall! I was embarrassed at the funeral home when I realized these were the flowers that we paid $49. For! The vase looked like it was the smallest one that could be found at a dollar store. Not so sure I will ever order from you again. I don't know what local florist you used to fill my order, but I do know you may want to consider NOT using them again! I now wish I had not even ordered flowers to be sent to the funeral home...what an embarrassment, as this was for a very dear Aunt that we loved dearly.
The website was very user friendly i had NO issues when ordering. Now the delivery was a different story, the flowers were a gift and my number was listed as the contact sinceit was a gift, yet i get 2 calls from 2 different drivers because they couldnt find the house where the flowers were being delivered. The info on the card was wrong, the house numbers were mixed up and the wrong state was on the address, i was disappointed to have to call my girlfriend and have her call the delivery person to get her flowers! So much for a surprise.
