Handling charges, left to the last minute, are why you get 2 stars.

Beautiful bouquet says my wife. But flowers were covered in tiny ants. She took them outside, changed the water, brought them in later - but still lots of ants.
Today she called the local florist who is replacing the flowers.
Great customer service, but the ants were a downer.

Thank you for the free shipping. I was not going to be able to send my sick aunt flowers for her birthday because of the additional cost so that discount really helped. It's hard when you leave so far away from family so your website is a true blessing. Thank you.

The flower arrangement being considered/selected.
Your web page is very well done. Your Q & A follow-up is admirable. The fact that you deliver on a Sunday is greatly appreciated and the delivery charge respective to is understandable. Also, the choice made by 'from you flowers' of the Mylar Balloon w/ Happy Birthday was Great. Unfortunately, the Balloon was larger than the flower arrangement.:(
The flower arrangement did not arrive until 5:30PM, 'N0' doorbell ring/door knock, only knew it was there when a quest arrived, thus it was found sitting at front-door porch. The "Premium" selection@ $54.99 (-$5.00 discount) delivered was fresh, true, yet it's Size and 'WOW' factor was absent. Had I known that the arrangement was SO SMALL, I would never have ordered that particular one.
As I originally stated, upon date of order (09/17/2016), it would be far better if the customer was informed as to the SIZE of the arrangement that they were about to order.
In my opinion, the information on the VISSER'S FLORIST web page gives a much better description about the SIZE of arrangements. Unfortunately, VISSER'S does not make Sunday Deliveries.
If 'from you flowers' were to give much better information RE size (height-width) of various arrangements, customers would be BETTER ABLE TO MAKE INFORMED DECISIONS!
Well, at least, thank you for the Sunday Delivery.
