Ordered one bouquet for my wife and one for my daughter who are currently visiting family out of state. I paid for the expedite delivery service to no avail. My wife's bouquet showed up 2 days late and my daughter's bouquet had not been ordered! Now giving them the benefit of the doubt this company does not deserve, the local florist may have made a mistake not sure but returned 20 minutes later with the wrong bouquet! Hands down the most aggravating and fruitless business transaction I've ever made in my life. These people have no idea that they are working in a people oriented business where timing is crucial they don't seem to care and they are incompetent. Sure, they make a lot of promises, promise you the moon and simply don't deliver. Go somewhere else, anywhere else save yourself the aggravation.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
