Was not happy that flowers were not delivered on time I received a credit toward a future order which already expired I don't order flowers very often so the credit was no benefit to me.
So far, it's been good.
Placed a same day order at 8:00 a.m. Saturday, 9/17/16. Was charged the same day fee which I had no problem with. Order was to go to Kate and Michael, but only had Michael's name on the the card as the recipient. That doesn't look good when it's going to a couple. The flowers arrived 9/18/16, after the intended time. Disappointing.

Two weeks later, an offer for $10 off my next purchase was all that was received for my complaints. The flowers have never been delivered, my spontaneous kindness never happened, and I'm awaiting my money refunded. Horrible experience!

The service overall was great. It was easy to place the order and I was very glad that you had delivery on a Sunday because I hadon't visited other websites and none of them were avleft to deliver the gift on the day I wanted it. It was a little pricy, but other than that I'm satisfied with everything else. My friend loved her gifts (bear and balloon), so that's what matters most. Thank you!
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
