The Sunday delivery had to be altered to Saturday. I was thankful it was early rather than late.
My delivery was very late in the day 6pm which ruined the experience!
I know the pictures atearen't going to be exactly what the actual product will be but it didn't seem very fall like with the pumpkin vase. My mom loved it regardless.
It was easy to find what I wanted or close to it.
Very disappointed with the final product. The size of the flower spray a lot smaller then on the photo. I ordered the premium size and expected a significant amount of flowers. My flower spray was the smallest in size at the funeral. I was quite embarrased. I will never order flowers through this website again and will not recommend it to anyone.

Totally disappointed
I was disappointed to find out there was a 14.99 fee at check out. It would've been nice knowing upfront what some of the fees were. The recipient of the bouquet was very happy with her flowers. That is according to your service people that called to make sure she received them because they had to leave them at her back door. Customer service was excellent. I wanted the delivery to be anonymous and customer service called the recipient herself while I was on hold and she let me know how happy she was.
It would have been easier if could have seen an example of the overall total before inputting all the information. (the service/handling & sales tax) The arrangement that was delivered wasn't like the arrangement in the picture that was shown when ordering. It was still pretty but I was a little disappointed as wanted the colors green & purple of the flowers which weren't in the arrangement of the flowers delivered.
Too small for the price
The flowers were great just what I ordered, the delivery was the problem. The flowers were not delivered on the date that I wanted, I ordered the flowers almost a week ahead of the delivery date, if the flowers could not have been delivered on the date specified, I should have received an email stating that, then other arrangements could have been made. The person receiving the flowers was not home when the flowers were delivered which is why the flowers were to be delivered the next day; (the day I specified) All you had to do was call or email me and I could have made other arrangements so I will probably order my flowers from another company the next time, maybe they can follow directions.
If flowers are as pretty as they look i will be happy, I saw the flowers and they were indeed lovely and smelled wonderful. Thank you
I will never ever buy again here and I will make sure other people don't make the same mistake I did. The carnations, arrangement style, and quality of the flowers were terrible. Looks like a a 7 year old put the flowers in the base. Waste of my time and money. I could have done a better job myself. What I pay and got are not the same.
Some of the flowers were brown like they were dying. I bought these for my mom.

Was upset delivery was for today they brought it yesterday morning one day early it was for a anniversary.

It's not even similar to what I ordered, flowers were nice but some were like torn, not well conserved... The whole appearance was bad compared to the expectation.
